• Telegram data — when you log in with Telegram, we receive your Telegram ID, username, first name, last name, and profile photo URL from Telegram's login widget.

• Technical data — basic server logs and cookies necessary for the service to function securely.

How we use your information

• To run the weekly random coffee matching service and send you match notifications.
• To send you service updates, waitlist confirmations, and relevant community announcements.
• To improve matching quality and understand our community.
• To share your profile with vetted partners, but only if you explicitly opt in via the "Open to external services" setting in the bot.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data based on your consent (when you sign up or opt in to features), the necessity to perform our contract with you (providing the matching service), and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and improving it.

• Access and export — send /export_me in the bot to receive a copy of your data.
• Correction — update your profile information directly in the bot.
• Deletion — send /delete_me in the bot to delete your account and data.
• Opt out of emails — use the unsubscribe link in any email or visit /unsubscribe.

We use only essential cookies and similar technologies needed to keep you signed in and secure the service. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

Security
