Open to external services

What it is

"Open to external services" is an optional, off-by-default setting in the Random Coffee / Mocafox bot. You can turn it on or off at any time.

When it's ON, your profile becomes discoverable to vetted partner companies who may reach out with relevant opportunities — things like jobs, collaborations, or business offers.

When it's OFF, nothing is shared externally. It also never affects how you're matched for coffee.

What we do with your information

• Share

  We may share your profile information (such as your role, industry, "about you", interests, and any link you added) with trusted partner companies.

• Analyze

  We may use your information for analysis to improve matching, understand our community, and surface more relevant opportunities.

• Send to partners

  We may send your profile to vetted partners so they can offer you relevant opportunities.

We do not share your private contact details (phone, Telegram) with partners unless you choose to respond to them.

Who our partners are

Our partners are vetted companies and organizations relevant to our community. We only work with partners who agree to use your data responsibly and in line with this page.

It's optional and reversible

This is entirely optional, off by default, and can be toggled off at any time in the bot with the "Open to external services: off" button. Turning it off immediately stops any future sharing.

Your rights and control

• Turn the setting off anytime.
• Export all your data — send /export_me in the bot.
• Delete your account and data — send /delete_me in the bot.
